


Andrea has long-term experience in the areas of M&A and finance and has a strong reputation in debt, restructuring, insolvency, bankruptcy, and insolvency proceedings. In recent years Andrea focused his practice on the re-launch and development of companies facing difficulties, helping these companies find the right solutions to face strong organizational changes. He has managed extraordinary transactions related to corporate crisis and debt restructuring, assisting both Italian and foreign companies in the preparation and execution of recovery plans, as well as in acquisition or re-launch.
Thanks to his 20 years of experience in turning around underperforming and distressed businesses Andrea has been involved in day-by-day assistance to boards, thus also acquiring great expertise of specific managerial matters and a particular sensibility to handle the broad spectrum of governance and operational needs.
Furthermore, in virtue of the experience gained and thanks to his technical expertise, Andrea has been called to hold the office of the director of several companies in a variety of different sectors such as media and telecommunication, fashion, and real estate.
Fabrizio started his career as a lawyer in KPMG, Andersen Legal, and Deloitte and then worked in some of the most prominent international law firms of our country.
In addition to classic cross-border deals, Fabrizio has long supported Libyan sovereign funds thus acquiring a deep knowledge of Islamic Finance. He has also been assisting clients on matters concerning the relations between the countries of the Southern Mediterranean area and Europe.
Throughout his career, Fabrizio has always invested time and money in start-ups and industrial companies: from multimedia publishing to customer loyalty, to food and information technology. More recently he has focused on the art market and on the automotive industry with a strategic approach to all-new markets, a perfect example of the Parbuckle approach.
Fabrizio has also gained important experience by taking part in boards of companies, both industrial and financial, but also by directly and personally, managing, along with his partners, the companies in which he has invested.
Fabrizio is also an auditor and a journalist and has been a Professor, for over ten years, in various universities, including Bicocca and Bocconi.
